Explicit Consent Statement

This document has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce in order to obtain your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data and for the sending of commercial electronic communications for the purposes of campaigns, announcements, promotions, information and marketing.

Providing this explicit consent is not mandatory in order to submit an information request, quotation request, contact enquiry or application through the Website. Choosing not to give consent to receive commercial electronic communications will not prevent you from using the forms available on the Website or submitting your requests.

1. Scope of Explicit Consent and Purposes of Processing

If you tick the relevant consent box on the Website or otherwise provide your explicit consent, your name, surname, telephone number, email address, communication preferences and records relating to your consent for commercial electronic communications may be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

2. Commercial Electronic Communication Channels

Where the servers used for certain technical infrastructure, communication delivery, analytics or marketing services are located outside Türkiye, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the applicable legislation and subject to the implementation of the necessary security measures.

4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent and Right to Opt Out

You may withdraw your explicit consent and your permission to receive commercial electronic communications at any time without providing any reason.

You may exercise this right by using the unsubscribe, opt-out or withdrawal link included in the commercial electronic communications sent to you, or by submitting your request via the contact email address specified above.

If you withdraw your explicit consent, the sending of marketing and commercial electronic communications to you will cease. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any data processing activities carried out prior to the date of withdrawal.

5. Retention Period

Your records relating to commercial electronic communication consent and explicit consent may be retained for as long as your consent remains valid and in accordance with the retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation.

If you withdraw your explicit consent or revoke your permission to receive commercial electronic communications, your opt-out records may continue to be retained for the periods required under the applicable legislation for the purposes of managing your opt-out request and fulfilling legal obligations.
