- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions prescribed by the KVKK and applicable legislation,
- To request that any correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to a decision producing legal effects concerning you that is based solely on the automated processing of your personal data,
- To claim compensation where you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may contact the Data Controller using the contact email address provided above. Your request will be assessed and responded to within the time limits prescribed by the applicable legislation.
7. Commercial Electronic Communications
Where you have provided your explicit consent, you may receive commercial electronic communications relating to campaigns, announcements, promotions, information, and marketing activities. Choosing not to provide consent for commercial electronic communications does not prevent you from submitting requests for information, quotations, or general enquiries through the Website. You may withdraw your consent for commercial electronic communications at any time.
